Alameda Board of Realtors	Designed, programmed, tested & implemented their first MLS (properties for sale) using OMNIS, a Mac-based relational database (10/86-2/87).
AT & T	Under extremely tight deadlines, developed a marketing support system for their Western Region, written in SAS under MVS; also provided technical support for the department’s PC environment and linked it to the mainframe (10/85-10/86).
PG & E	Maintained accounts receivables applications using COBOL/DYL280/WYLBUR and provided statistical energy usage reports using SAS in MVS environment; won an award for a WYLBUR program that monitored jobs. (1/84-9/86).
Ryder / PIE	As project leader, developed an online freight rating system using COBOL/VSAM in a CICS environment. The system rated freight with 100% accuracy and exceeded response time requirements (2/82-12/83).
